Stone Barn Floors – Brochure Project and building the brand
Stone Barn Floors didn’t have the deep pockets of Shaw or the other giants. What they had was a great product—and a problem.
Their sales team needed a brochure that made their floors look as good as they felt. But there was no budget for glossy photography. And no installed homes or businesses to shoot. Just bare product samples.
So we got scrappy. We asked the manufacturer for a few planks—three feet by three feet. We laid them out on a rep’s living room floor. We shot them from the right angles. We matched them with stock photos. And piece by piece, we built the illusion of full spaces.
It wasn’t easy. It wasn’t glamorous. But it worked. By the end of the day—fueled by pizza and persistence—we had a brochure that looked like a million bucks.
And suddenly, Stone Barn’s little startup could stand toe-to-toe with the big boys.
