Monica Richards Joins Next Rodeo

We’re excited to welcome Monica Richards to Next Rodeo as Chief Brand Officer and Podcast Host. As a content creator and influencer, Monica brings a deep understanding of the power of content to move hearts, minds, and brands. Her leadership will strengthen how we help clients elevate their brands and raise visibility across today’s media landscape. 

A trained Hollywood TV host, Monica is well-known as the founder of ecobabe, and for her ability to translate ideas into audience-driven content. She brings a wealth of experience engaging with the media, including features in Voyage LA and Green & Beyond Magazine, serving as spokesperson for a top solar company, Better Earth, starring in online viral news shows, and hosting on-air on Good Day New York and CBS. She has appeared on a plethora of podcasts, including The Darin Olien Show, and has led campaigns for many influential brands, including Alaska Airlines, Expedia, Jaguar, and Grove Collaborative. 

Monica recently served as Master of Ceremonies for Frontier Summit 2025, themed “Humanity: Facing the Greatest Technological Shift in History,” where she led conversations exploring how innovation can shape a better future. This mission aligns with Next Rodeo’s belief in pairing the force of human creativity with the power of technological innovation to turn bold ideas into action. 

As Chief Brand Officer at Next Rodeo, Monica will lead the Content Center of Excellence, driving the creation of podcasts, video series, social media content, and thought leadership. She will also host Next Rodeo’s podcast, launching soon.
